Assistant Manager, Auto Finance

-To conduct analytical studies of the Auto Financing Product (Moped/Super Bike) and identify new business opportunities and existing product enhancements, as well as business report preparation. 


-To ensure the sales and business operations are functioning well and required to plan and execute product and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.


-To responsible the achievement of Auto Financing sales target and to be profit-oriented


-To Conduct a business competitive intelligence. Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data on product, customers, and competitors to support business in making strategic decision.


-Focus on data analysis to identify new business potentials and existing product feature enhancements.


-To conduct product risk exposure analysis and preparation for report.


-Manage, plan, and implement marketing policies and procedures to improve service quality to business partners.


-Ensure compliance of guidelines and operational procedures.


-To monitor all the regions performance with creative marketing plan. 


-To monitor and improve staff skills and job knowledge for all products related. 


-Identify and review staff's training needs on regular basis.

-Bachelor's degree in any fields.


-3 years minimum experience in banking, financial institution, or sales related background.


-Understanding in Customer's behaviour and good in analysing data.


-Good Communication skills across all levels.


-Able to design implement marketing strategies/initiative to drive business growth.
