Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the translation on brand alignment with audit, strategy, framework and guidelines for Headquarter - Singapore while supporting the local team in Malaysia for Sales, Promotion and Marketing activation.
Responsible for executing, partnering and maintaining brand equity and awareness from B2B, B2C, Events, Product Launches, Trade Fairs and Events across traditional, digital and emerging platforms. This includes advertising planning, press release, media coverage and negotiation with media partners, editors for advertising contracts, product, project feature and sponsorship-brand seeding. Acquisition of project references for archives and project features.
Responsible for the creation and execution of annual marketing programs within the allocated budget. Create plans for digital marketing, social media (SoMe) platforms (eg, Facebook, Instagram), copy writing, branding on website, app and emerging platforms for its dedicated market.
Responsible to create timely submissions of department annual budget, annual marketing calendar planning, marketing strategies, training presentations, administrative tasks and provide reports (quarterly or year-end) to the reporting officer and director.
Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and best practices, and share insights to challenge assumptions and inspire the team. Able to do basic editing of posts, videos, stories, and reels across platforms, including TikTok, XHS, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, website, and EDM. Ability to translate marketing materials between English and Mandarin.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, similar experience or credible work experience
At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a senior executive role or 2 years in managerial role.
A relatable field in Furniture, Arts & Culture, Design, Interior, Lifestyle is a plus
Knowledge in Digital Marketing, asset management and CRM platforms
A self-starter, fast learner, self-driven, resourceful and able to brainstorm, ideate and troubleshoot
Able to think out of the box with strong analytics and strategy planning
Independent as well as a team player
Strong articulation experience will be a plus
Ability to read and write both English and Mandarin marketing materials.
Proven experience in creating compelling digital content and managing social media platforms.
A deep understanding of social media trends and platforms.
