(To manage day to day operation and issues arise)Execute minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors.Client/Stakeholder ManagementManage the key client team representatives effectively to ensure that expected service levels are achievedBuild strong working relationships with key client representatives.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and proceduresProcurement & Vendor ManagementReview the service practices of in house/contractors to deliver quality work practices and documentaion.Risk ManagementProtect the health and safety of staff and others.Ensure compliance with JLL programs and audit programsSite OperationsPlan and take responsibility for smooth operations of all Civil works pertaining to the facility24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is requiredManage building scope and projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated timeDevelop and implement innovation programs and processes that reduce costs, increase productivity and savings.Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targetsEmergency Call OutStand by 24*7 for all emergency call outs prepare incident reportsCoordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary analysis of fault.Education and experienceMin. bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management /or 5 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.Experience working in building management will be an added advantageExcellence management and organizational skills, and good at meeting deadlines.About JLLWe're JLL—a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
