Job Description Claims Assessment Quality Assurance (40%) To perform data analytics based on the audit fieldwork done by Training TeamTo prepare monthly internal audit report upon completion of audit fieldwork by Training Team with findings and mitigation actionTo ensure timely reporting of audit findings and recommendations for claims assessor's response and finalization of monthly internal audit reportTo collect and consolidate the error result from monthly internal audit report and weekly error sharing file send by production teamTo identify areas of improvement in the claim's quality based on monthly internal audit report and weekly error sharing file send by production team, develop and conduct relevant training for improvement purposeTo play a role as the person-in-charge or custodian in maintaining department's Shared Folder (including SharePoint page) with updated documentsTo perform random audit sampling on quality of cases on daily basisTo perform regular SOP update and reviewGuiding junior trainers in their daily BAU and any other task requiredTraining – Quality and TAT (30%) To prepare/outline the training modules/schedules for new joiner and current existing staff (for up-skilling or up-grading)To compile and update any change, update and/or revisions to any of the training materials, team's processing approaches and practicesTo provide constant review, monitoring feedback and coaching for new joiners in terms of claims assessment quality and productivityTo review MCV/Non-MCV/Macau cases for authority granting/upgrading recommended by Team Leader and make justification before sending for approvalTo maintain authority certification record and training relevant documentsTo liaise wit HK Claims Team on claims guidelines related issuesAd Hoc Project (20%) To involve or assist in organizing, managing and controlling the various stages of the assigned projects/ initiative in ensuring the projects are executed according to the schedule and quality.To prepare summary and analysis report to Head of Department (HOD)To ensure that all executed related projects are well documented for future referral purposeTo make use of the various available data and identify areas of improvement in claims process or guidelinesURF Migration (10%) To develop and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures for new migration tasks (URF) initiated from HK Business PartnerTo update the Standard Operating Procedures of new migration task to ensure information is reflect the changes and relevant to industryTo communicate and share with the department on any changes and updatesTo share/disseminate to the team upon Standard Operating Procedures signoff Job RequirementCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree in any field, preferably Medical Science, Bioscience background, Insurance or Financial related qualifications.Proficient in both written and spoken English and/or Chinese. Self motivated & Customer oriented, sound problem solving, good in time management, proficient in Microsoft Office.At least 5 years experience in Claims related work background.Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.
