Job Description Organize and prepare meeting materials for board meetings, general meetings, and various sub-committee meetings.
Prepare, arrange, and file all statutory documents with the relevant authorities within the required deadlines.
Draft announcements for submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Maintain and update statutory records.
Liaise with external regulators and advisers.
Advise the board and management on the latest changes in Bursa, SC, and the Companies Act to ensure corporate governance and compliance.
Manage all secretarial matters for the Group from start to finish.
Requirements The ideal candidate should hold a Professional Certificate, preferably be ICSA qualified, and a member of MAICSA.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary, with at least 2 years in a Public Listed Company, is required.
Must have a strong understanding of the Companies Act and Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) regulations.
Being proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
The candidate must be trustworthy, capable of maintaining confidentiality, and demonstrate high integrity, commitment, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
Should possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with the ability to work independently and be resourceful.
