Assistant Manager, Corporate Planning & Strategy

-Assist in the formulation of strategies, KPI and key action plans.


-Assist in budget, forecasting and planning process.


-Assist in analysis on the Gap between Policy, Budget and actual implementation by qualitative and quantitative analysis.


-Assist in development corporate data management and analysis function to support strategy planning and decision making.


-Assist in market research and competitor analysis to formulate strategy and provide value-added analysis.


-Assist in corporate projects including drafting business proposal, reviewing financial modelling and analysis.


-Assist in preparing board papers and other management reports/presentation materials to the Management and Board.


-Assist in organizing Group and Management level meetings.


-Coordinate activities between departments to ensure that key projects are completed on schedule.


-Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least a Degree or professional qualification in Finance or other suitable qualification.


-At least 3 years of working experience in Corporate Planning or Finance.


-Fluent in Japanese to effectively communicate  and collaborate with our international team.


-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


-Proficient in Excel, Words and Power Point.


-A dynamic individual who is highly motivated and a good team player.
