This role will be responsible for ensuring treatment of cash and security instructions received from CACEIS' clients are in line with prescribed market, NAV, and Treasury deadlines.
What will you do?Completion of all trades that fall into STE environment are completed within the agreed timeframe.
Ensure accuracy of processing is in accordance with CACEIS' expectations.
Assist Supervisor/Manager in day-to-day operations of the process.
Ensure outstanding items are assigned and individual departments/financial institutions are chased for resolution.
Completion of knowledge/training within process in accordance with established learning curve.
Posting of trades in accordance with procedures.
Provide coaching to other team members to ensure cross-training of all aspects of funds in order to gain satisfactory cover.
Cover for departmental Manager in his/her absence.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
Any relevant tertiary education (i.e., Economics, Business Administration, Investment Banking, etc.).
Knowledge of different investment instrument types.
Banking experience in operations/back office.
Minimum experience level: 3-5 years.
Systems literate and PC literate in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
