Job Summary
This position involves monitoring and clearing excess payments, data checking for statements to customers, adhoc regulatory reporting, and customers' data cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
In charge of annual statements, daily and adhoc notices/outbound communication to customers and intermediaries
Assist in project and enhancement initiatives related to policy account
In charge of prepay and payable management
In charge of reporting to regulatory bodies, auditors and other internal/external parties
In charge of customers and policies data cleaning
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
Good command of spoken and written English
Willing to work long hours.
