SEGi University and Colleges is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to enhance and optimise our digital marketing efforts.
This role is integral to driving the visibility and lead generation of our educational programs across various online channels including social media and search engines.
The ideal candidate should possess good technical knowledge in both social media marketing and search engine optimisation and marketing, with a pleasant personality.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote SEGi's educational offerings on various digital platforms including Meta platforms, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Weibo, and WeChat.
Drive and execute strategic SEO and SEM campaigns to enhance online visibility, drive website traffic, and increase enrolment conversions.
Collaborate with the Sales leaders on optimising our ads for maximum conversion.
Monitor, analyse and report the effectiveness of social media campaigns and search engine strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimise performance.
Collaborate with the content team and technical team to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
Manage the budget for digital advertising, allocating resources efficiently across platforms to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and adjustments in digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to keep SEGi ahead in a competitive landscape.
Key success factors:
Strong Hands-on Technical Knowledge in Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, and Optimization:Deep understanding and proficiency in leveraging social media platforms, along with expert skills in SEM and SEO.
This includes the ability to not only conceptualise and execute but also manage campaigns, analyse data, and adjust tactics in real-time to optimise campaign performance.
Independent and Motivated Team Player:Ability to work autonomously on assigned projects while also collaborating effectively with various teams.
This involves a balance of self-direction and group cooperation, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently without constant supervision, and contributing positively to team dynamics.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with specific expertise in managing social media platforms and executing SEO/SEM strategies.
Proven track record of creating and managing successful, cost-effective digital marketing, SEM and SEO campaigns.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Experience with website analysis using various analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
Excellent skills in creating reports and presenting data effectively to communicate actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on analytics and feedback.
