To contribute towards achieving the Company's goal and objectives set in sales budget and annual Key Performance Index (KPI).
Develop, guide and motivate sales team to achieve excellence in aspects of selling and merchandising in the marketplace.
To add value to the sales team by continually developing their skills and creativity pertaining to their job and responsibilities via guidance, training and development activities.
To set and monitor sales targets, prepare yearly sales budget and progressively monitor the monthly performance against budget.
Monitor and provide feedback to management on competitors' activities.
Know the competition and act effectively to remove any competitive advantage.
Ensure merchandising standards are being confirmed.
Develop the skills and competencies of the Market Representatives through on-the-job and classroom training.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English is compulsory.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in sales/client servicing/business development/key account experience, preferably in FMCG industries.
Computer literate with strong analytical mind and result-oriented.
Effective presentation skills and demonstrate good business acumen.
Team player with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
Good communication skills with the ability to manage a team of sales personnel.
