They are looking to bring on board an excellent Assistant manager – Department of Professional Practice (DPP) to support their team in PJ.Job DescriptionIdentify tax developments that are relevant to our practiceCarry out necessary groundwork and research on contentious tax issuesDrafting and rolling out technical publications on tax updates and issues to both internal and external partiesProvide technical support and tax tools to the tax teamContact point for tax technical issuesProvide guidance about and applying tax legislationRequirement to succeedA recognized degree in accountancy and/or professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or equivalentMember of CTIM / MIA / MICPA is preferredWorking experience in taxation of 5 years or moreExcellent communication (oral and written), analytical, drafting, presentation and interpretation skillsBroad and deep knowledge of the tax regulations and legislationAbility to work independentlyAbility to work as part of a team to meet deadlines and deal with changing prioritiesProficiency in English and Bahasa MalaysiaHave the enthusiasm to encourage and share new approachesGood IT skills & Familiar with using research tools.To ApplyIf you are interested in this role, click 'apply now' to submit your resume (in MS Word format).
