Assistant Manager, Electrical & InstrumentOversee and manage the electrical and instrument systems in the plant.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Develop project scopes, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and documents; procure and manage equipment, materials, and services.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and tests; troubleshoot technical problems; provide technical guidance and training to staff and contractors; prepare reports and proposals; implement policies, procedures, and regulations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Supervise and train a team of electrical and instrument technicians.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrument system issues.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 6-10 years of experience in plant electrical and instrument systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical and instrument systems and equipment.
Proven experience as electrical and instrumentation manager or in another managerial role.
Strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering as well as managerial and leadership skills.
Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
A Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification will be a plus.
