Assistant Manager - Entity Reporting

Job Description The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including analysis and commentaries on variances to Group Reporting team Ensure financial and statutory reports are in compliance with SFRS(I) Take charge of external audit matters of the company Review monthly tax provision and deferred tax for reporting purposes Take charge of annual tax return and property tax for company and attend to tax queries Review quarterly GST returns and monitor GST compliance with policy Plan and implement automation systems/workflow to improve workflow and increase efficiency Take charge of organisation operational limits and approvers Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accountancy or ACCA equivalent with minimum 5 years' experience in audit and/or accounting in large Singapore organization Strong working knowledge of SFRS(I) accounting and reporting.
Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on and meticulous Excellent report writing and analytical skills Experience with SAP, HFM or equivalent ERP system preferred Singapore listed and/or telecommunications company experience is highly valued Experience with implemented/streamline of workflows
