Assistant Manager - Equity Capital Markets

Description To assist to execute the marketing efforts of ECM to secure mandates ie.
pitchbook.
Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to execute mandates ie.
Internal papers and presentation materials.
To ensure work undertaken by the department is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirements.
Nurture relationships with clients, and counterparts in other ECM houses.
To ensure efficient and timely execution of mandates according to datelines.
To protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the Group.
Requirements Bachelor Degree - A degree holder at the minimum from ranked university, specialising in economics, accounting, business administration, finance and engineering or CFA level 1.
Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in investment analysis or related experience.
In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Innovative with excellent interpersonal skills.
Driven and passionate of his/her profession.
Good presentation skills.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
A keen interest in the activity and development of the capital markets, especially in Malaysia.
