Assistant Manager, Finance (Gl)

Position Responsibilites 



-Oversee the daily operations of the general ledger team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.


-Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.


-Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing insights and variance analysis on timely basis


-Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.


-Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.


-Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.

; Requirements:- Qualifications and Experiences 



-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or partially artially completed professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA). 


-More than 5 years experience in Accounting / finance.


-Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.


-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.


-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


-Good communication and interpersonal skills.


-Able to handle full sets of financial statements


-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
