Job DescriptionPosition Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the general ledger team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing insights and variance analysis on a timely basis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
Job RequirementsQualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or partially completed professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
More than 5 years experience in Accounting / finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle full sets of financial statements.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
