Assist in the financial reporting matters
Assist in / manage the monthly closing activities
Assist in / manage the Group reporting matters
Manage the accounts payable including staff claims
Manage the tax for the company including WHT and SST
Assist and manage the risk and compliance matters
Assist in the finance projects and participate in Company wide projects
Liaising with external parties - auditors, tax agents, BNM, MDEC, etc.
Coach and guide junior team members
Compliance with accounting regulations, IFRS, Companies Act, tax laws, Group policies and procedures, etc.
Any other ad-hoc activities
Job Requirements
Education:Possess a relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited university or a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.)
Relevant Experience:At least 6 years of working experience in accounting and finance functions, especially in the area of financial or management reporting.
External audit experience is an added advantage.
Language/Skills:Strong accounting knowledge, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
Good management and interpersonal skills.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, SAP system, and subsystems.
Must be able to multitask, willing to learn, possess a positive attitude, and be well-organized.
