Assistant Manager Finance

Responsibilities:Responsible for month-end closing activities and reporting
Review and analyze subsidiaries' financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Support quarterly and annual closing and annual report
Responsible for taxation, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
Carry out financial analysis and propose business risks and opportunities to management
Monitor and control cash flow at a healthy level
Liaise with various parties (Internal and External Auditor, Tax agent, Banker, etc.)
Revise and develop accounting procedures for best accounting practices
Ensure strong internal control is developed and practiced
Ad hoc and other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:Degree in accounting, finance, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Familiar with Malaysian financial regulations and taxation laws
High integrity in performing duties
