Job Function Prepare and analyze monthly Income Statement and cost incurred. To review and analyze actual vs. budget complete with cause and effect explanation of the Group's operation, production, labor maintenance, administration and other fixed and non-fixed costs and keep the top management abreast.Liaise with company auditors, tax consultants, merchant bankers, financial analysts, corporate bankers and consultants (on financial or treasury function) as and when required.To assist in preparation of Announcements to Bursa, Circulars to Shareholders or any public documents.To develop and maintain proper group reporting processes and manual, accounting, management and computerization systems.To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.To compile and prepare cash position of the Group from time to time and advise the management on the potential funding requirements / proposed utilization of idle cash.Experience in Property investment and holding company Key Responsibilities Ensure timely preparation and submission of the monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated financial statements, such as Group's income statement, balance sheet cash flow statements and notes to the financial statements.Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly Group's consolidated results to Bursa Malaysia.Ensure compliances with the regulations of Bursa Malaysia, MASB and all regulatory bodies.Ensure timely compilation of the Group management budget for circulation to the board of Directors and top management for approval and adoption.Ensure timely preparation and submission of the monthly financial statements, such as income statement, balance sheet cash flow statements, notes to the financial statements and analytical reports on the financial results.Ensure compliances with the regulations of Bursa Malaysia, MASB and all regulatory bodies.Cash flow management, placement of excess cash with optimum interest rate and efficient and timely payments. Minimum 5 years related working experience, preferably in property development or construction industry.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Diploma/Partial Professional Degree (ACCA / CPA/any other accounting professional body qualification) in Accounting or related field.Technically proficient in accounting treatmentsProficient in accounting systemsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong with numbers as this portfolio involves a great deal of quantitative and qualitative analysis.Ability to analyse, dissect and comment on financial performancesTeam player and must have experience working across all levels.Excellent presentation, communication and people management skills.Able to keep company's information confidential.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Detailed-oriented with administration and record keeping.
