1. Responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall day-to-day operation of the cleaning service in accordance with world class standards and guidelines along with always ensuring the highest degree of quality customer service. 2. To work with the client to complete the assigned work. 3. To ensure the site is well-ordered and managed as per expectation of the client. 4. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, developing hourly staff, monitoring cleaning team. 5. To prepare yearly operation budget. 6. Receive and accept instruction from client and management objectively. 7.
