The selected candidate will be responsible for handling HR matters at the Group level in South East Asia, reporting directly to the Head of HR.Job Overview:
As the Assistant HR Manager at Elabram, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our human resources strategies at the Group level.
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of proven HR experience, particularly in leading and managing HR teams.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in multinational corporations (MNCs) and will be comfortable with occasional international travel within South East Asia.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the regional HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Report directly to the Head of HR and collaborate on the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
Manage employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent development programs.
Ensure compliance with local and international HR policies and regulations.
Collaborate with leadership to drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on leadership roles.
Proven experience in managing HR teams and driving HR initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Malaysia.
Experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs) is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel internationally within Southeast Asia as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
