Assistant Manager - Human Resource

Details of the offer

Responsibilities: In providing support to Head of HR, the candidate shall:
1. Assist in the performance appraisal and KPI tracking for all employees of the Group;
2.Take charge of manpower planning, job sizing and employee deployment for the optimization of human resources within the Group;
3.Facilitate the training and development for all employees, either internally or externally;
4.Assist in ensuring employee retention and improve employees' engagement;
5.Assist in the implementation of succession planning to ensure business continuity and sustainability;
6.Formalize the relevant HR policies and procedures and monitor the compliance;
7.Prepare the relevant reports and support the ESG/sustainability reporting for the Group;
8.Support the day-to-day activities of HR; and
9.Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
