Assistant Manager

To ensure tax to all relevant tax laws, regulations and reporting requirements. To oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely tax returns and other applicable taxes. To coordinate with Management and other departments to develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and incentives. To identify potential tax risks, the exposures and develop mitigation plans. To implement and maintain tax policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant tax practices. To coordinate with internal/external auditors and tax consultants during tax audits or any engagement required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in the tax industry. Strong understanding of international tax regulations and guidelines. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Professionally certified with a professional accountancy membership body such as ACCA/ MICPA/CPA/CTIM is an advantage
