Assistant Manager, Infrastructure

Job Scope Follow up with authority submission and approval (e.g. Infra plan, CCC, H/O etc)Co-develop the civil infra design/design parameters for the conceptual design to achieve engineering technically justification, cost effectiveness and fulfil aesthetic requirementTo develop civil-infra design, prepare reports, submission drawings, letters and other required documents by authorities for approval.Review of proposal, shop drawings etc from main contractor or specialist to achieve most efficient solution in terms of constructability, time and cost effective Periodic site inspection for civil infra checking and review if any, attend site meeting, to resolve technical dispute matters, RFI.Coordinate and compute monthly earthwork claim quantity and final work done. Monitor civil infra team (Engineer and Draughtperson) Coordinate with PP for tender, construction & as-built drawing, CCC inspection, CPC, handing & taking over and contractual matters.Co-resolve civil-infra related community / stakeholder complains or technical matters. Co-review 3rd party design to ensure consistencty of parameter/standard in accordance to the group practices.
