Assistant Manager, Internal Audit

Job ResponsibilitiesLead and conduct operational, compliance, financial and Shariah audits.
Provide guidance and advice to other IA colleagues related to the requirements of Shariah Audit.
Produce IA reports within the agreed timeframe, ensuring factual accuracy of audit findings, root causes, and management action plans with targeted timelines.
Validate and track audit issues to ensure they are effectively resolved.
Develop and maintain an up-to-date audit program.
Ensure reasonable quality of audit work paper documentation.
Contribute to the continuous development of Shariah Audit and take the leading role in those areas.
Any other tasks assigned, particularly relevant to Shariah Audit matters.
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of audit experience, preferably in financial services sectors or consulting firms.
Degree in accounting, finance, etc. Preferably has Shariah related certificate or other professional certifications.
Good knowledge of auditing skills, takaful/insurance business, operational knowledge, and BNM Policy Documents.#J-18808-Ljbffr
