Job SummaryEnsure roles, responsibilities, and results are efficiently coordinated and collectively optimizing the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance of the company.Analyzing poor or inefficient management and fundamental reasons of poor performance and potential risks and build improvement measures to enhance business competitiveness.Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesAssist the Immediate Superior in the department's improvement program and staff development
program.To contribute in the development of annual audit plan and audit programs.Execute and manage the audit procedures from start to end including the audit planning, audit
entrance meeting, audit fieldwork, audit pit stop meeting, audit pre-exit meeting, audit exit
meeting, documenting audit findings, finalizing the Internal Audit Report and follow up audit
exercise.To prepare reports for submission to the Audit Director and/ or The Audit Committee including the
Monthly Progress Report, Monthly Activity Report, Internal Audit Report, Monthly Audit Follow Up
Report & Dashboard and Monthly Risk Summary (for audited areas).Ensure timely completion of the audit plan.Conduct/ provide support on investigation or special review as assigned by the Immediate
Superior.Lead/ conduct follow-up audits to ensure action plans have been effectively implemented.Develop and maintain constructive business relations with operational employees.Conduct workshops and roadshows to educate the process owners on Internal Controls and Risk
Management.Undertake any other assignment as assigned by the Immediate Superior.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent. Professional certificates such as CPA, ACCA, CIA will be an added advantage.Possess sound independent judgementRequirements:Minimum 7 years working experience in Internal Audit or External AuditMinimum 2 years working experience as Assistant Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
