Assistant Manager-It Application Support

What you'll need to succeed:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Master in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Above5 yearsexperience as an application support with good customer-centric and strong passion in customer support.
Strong knowledge and experience in supporting Infor M3 ERP (preferably on Supply Chain Management solutions) and/or farm management systems will be of added advantage;
Good knowledge and experience installing and configuring MS SQL Server database or any relational database systems. Knowledge of scripting languages will be of added advantage.
Experience on data analysis including management of centralized master data will be of added advantage.
Excellent problem solving skills and have experience in testing, troubleshooting systems support activities etc.
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail to analyze the support issues and providing appropriate solutions.
Self-motivated with capability to drive goals with good work ethics and discipline.
Willing to be based atBukit Jelutong, Shah Alam .
