Assistant Manager, It Project Management & Strategic Integration

Assistant Manager, IT Project Management & Strategic Integration• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, often including developers, analysts, testers, and other IT professionals.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure effective team collaboration.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and quality.
Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
• Provide regular status updates, including project progress, risks, and issues.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
• Resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Budget & Resource Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, including allocating resources effectively.
• Ensure projects are cost-effective and deliver value to the business.
Technical Expertise & Innovation:
• Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and integrate innovative solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure the technical integrity of projects.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with user needs.
• Conduct testing, validation, and evaluations to identify and address defects.
Agile and Scrum Methodology Implementation:
• Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
