Assistant Manager, Legal

-Review and draft Commercial Contract / Letters / Documents 


-Respond to legal queries and conduct research on legal queries


-Drive strategic projects e.g run workshop and develop new legal policies 


-Formulate responses to Letter of Demand and liaises with external counsels on litigation matters

-Bachelor of Laws Degree


-at least 6 - 7 years experience in legal field (combination of both practice and in house experience)


-Must have Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP)


-Well versed with Corporate / Commercial Law, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Contract Law 


-Drafting / Reviewing of complex commercial contracts 


-Excellent in written and oral communication
