Key Responsibilities:Responsible for preparation and timely submission of management report to Finance Director.
Annual budgeting, forecasting, working on capital management and managing payment processes for the team.
Co-ordinate and manage overall financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, consolidation of accounts, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and quarterly reports.
Plan, manage, and lead the Finance department.
Monitor and improve current systems and procedures to ensure total integrity and compliance with statutory, legal accounting standards and taxation requirements, avoidance of fraud, and efficient and accurate management of information.
Work closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support.
Support the finance team with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
Execute the finance strategy of the Company.
Assist Management in budget preparation, monitoring variance, and reviewing financial procedures, internal controls, and business processes.
Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; additional certification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the property/real estate industries.
Full set accounts and finance operations experience is a must.
Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
Proficient in financial software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is required to deal with Chinese stakeholders).
Strategic financial acumen with the ability to support business growth.
