Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support data-driven decision-making.
Documentation Review: Ensure the accuracy of all documentation, including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Sales Forms, prior to submission to the sales administration team.
Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage events, roadshows, and exhibitions to achieve monthly sales targets.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct SWOT analyses, competitor assessments, and comprehensive market research to inform marketing strategies.
Promotional Material Development: Create impactful promotional and advertising materials that resonate with target audiences.
Resource Coordination: Oversee the preparation of sales kits, mailing lists, and other materials for product awareness campaigns.
Campaign Implementation: Execute effective promotional and advertising campaigns to increase market share and drive sales performance.
Regulatory and Legal Collaboration: Work with legal advisors for documentation and liaise with government bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Licensing Management: Manage the application, extension, and renewal processes for Developer's License (DL) and Sales & Advertising Permit (AP).
Financial Institution Liaison: Collaborate with banks and financial institutions regarding end-financing options for clients.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the property development industry.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in computer skills and relevant software applications.
