Job Descriptions:  Plan the purchasing activities involved in purchasing spare parts & tools, products, or services according to the necessary.Continuously strive for improvement in lead times, minimum order size, reduction of purchase costs, and product quality from suppliers.Responsible for negotiating and comparing with suppliers and vendors for the best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery, and service).Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.Support in developing and implementing procurement procedures & policies.Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors.Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Review the quality of purchased products. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.Monitoring and execution of all regular purchasing duties.Maintain procurement files and records timely.Requirements  Proven work experience as a purchasing Officer, purchasing agent, or similar role, Minimum 2 years working experience in the construction field.Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)Understanding of supply chain procedures Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred, particularly for communication with Chinese counterparts.Remuneration packages with allowance.Location near to LRT/KTM Subang Jaya Station
