Job Description:
Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage plant operation projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are executed within budget, scope, and timeline.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of Manufacturing & Maintenance technicians & engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Apply technical knowledge to solve complex plant operation challenges.
- Review and approve technical designs and specifications.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes for electrical and electronics projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to achieve project goals.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Stay informed about changes in industry regulations and update processes accordingly.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and management of departmental budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and key milestones.
