JOB PURPOSE Plays a role in assisting Manager, Business Strategy & Planning in:Manages all communication channels (internal/external) especially through digital means, social media, annual report, printed media and among others.Collecting data on market research and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentation.Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover market competitiveness and business preference.Compiling and analysing statistical data.Manages the current transformation and future planning work.Contributes towards delivering above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) communications in promoting EB to the market. Perform SWOT analysis market research on current and upcoming market segments and trends for suitability and recommendations for EB's long-term sustainability plans. ACCOUNTABILITIES Develops, supports and promotes Division's goals, including message development, social media content creation and media outreachBuilds and maintains relationships with customer audiences that will help to advance EB visibility for both conventional and digital mediaIdentifies target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage themEnsures digital marketing content aligns with EB brand's identity and message, and assists with marketing campaigns as neededWorks closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee engagement activitiesResponsibilities includes but not limited to digital media, internet, social media, internal publications and press engagement.Develop relevant and up-to-date data on market trends to be presented for senior management team's consideration and long-term business planning.Conduct collaborative market research with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data privacy while addressing key customers' feedback and expansion of EB's products and services. Undertakes additional responsibilities assigned by immediate superior when required. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOUR Bachelors Degree in Banking & Finance or any related field Preferably with 1 year experience in banking industries Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
