Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by developing and implementing marketing strategies, communication & operational activities throughout pre & post launch stages for product/project/campaign in-charge.
Job Responsibilities
To achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information insight and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing marketing & sales production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change.
Participate actively in developing & implementing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to achieves product, department & business unit marketing related objective & goals.
Plan, organize and oversee marketing activities and collaterals execution, i.e OOH, ATL/BTL advertising/communication, campaign, social media platforms, promotional events & roadshows.
Manage marketing product launch readiness i.e APDL submission, any license renewal/new application, rendering, scale model, sales kit, sales briefing and pre & post launch marketing activities to meet the target and goal set by the company.
Plan & execute sustenance marketing strategies to market and sell all products targeted for the financial year within the township to meet the profit set by the group
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product package & coordinating for new product development
Plan and coordinate sales gallery and show unit arrangement for upcoming launches, events & marketing campaigns
Involve in preparing pricing computations for pricing proposal for various product & campaign offerings
Identifies marketing opportunity by conducting market research and analysis to evaluate consumer requirement, market trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
Coordinate & work closely with marketing agencies & vendors to maintain good relationships to ensure effective and efficient diversified marketing distributions channel implementation (Creative Agency, Media Agency, Media Owner, Printer, Event Organizer etc.)
Coordinate with Central Marketing in organizing & implementing major marketing campaigns & initiative for each financial year
Monitor sales performance and progress of campaigns activities using various metrics and submit reports of performance and postmortem for future reference.
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Work closely with Manager to prepare ad hoc proposal paper, presentation, RFA and GTM's for management approval as and when required.
Ensure proper execution of related administration procedure and paperwork's within the stipulated time frame i.e.
RFP, RFA, GTM, LOA & Invoices.
Education/ Professional Qualification & Experience
Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Estate Management/ Accounting or relevant discipline
4 – 5 years of relevant working experience in Property Industry#J-18808-Ljbffr
