The Channel Management team comprises of 3 sub-teams: B2C, B2B, and Content Management. We are a team of individuals with dynamic background and filled with creativity.
What you will be doing: Lead and manage the content and creative teamBe the primary point of contact for client and relationship managementExecute digital marketing campaigns for clients which includes planning and managing marketing schedules across e-ChannelsBe the gatekeeper and responsible for the quality of all brand and creative work by the teamReview and optimise the design and content of all digital assetsSet and maintain project schedules and responsible for quality and compliance of deliverablesGenerate performance reports and conduct monthly analysis on key metric for clientsUtilise web analytics to analyse performance, measure campaigns, and evaluate possible alternatives, make timely and strategic decisions and initiate appropriate course of actionsGuide the content and creative teams to create suitable content for various campaignsDrive innovation and initiatives to spearhead the team and streamline overall process to improve quality standardsResolve issues and ensure the team runs efficiently with defined SOPsWork closely with Business Development team for new pitches/presentation What you will need: Experience in managing a team in an e-Commerce environmentGood knowledge of e-Commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Magento, Shopify)Leadership skills with the ability to mentor new team membersExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAble to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight timelinesPossess strong attention to details and numbersCreative thinking and flairPrior experience in content creation and copywritingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with good project management skillsExperience on web user experience and user interface.
