Assistant Manager - Merchandise Ecommerce - Fashion Retail

The Assistant Manager E-commerce Merchandising is mainly responsible to plan and build merchandising strategies for E-commerce channels (Marketplaces and Brand Official Store) and maximise sales revenues.
Job Responsibilities • Develop and execute optimal merchandising strategy, pricing, promotions, range, availability, and cost prices to expand both revenue and margin for e-commerce channels.
• Execute data-driven assortment planning and decision-making to drive the growth of e-commerce revenue.
• Manage merchandising budget, perform buying based on data, requirements and budget.
• Conduct market research, analyse and survey latest trends, buying patterns and predict future trends based on data.
• Review sell through, stock level and inventories distribution for optimum inventory control.
• Gather information regularly on competitors' activities and products.
• Review and produce in depth analysis of daily, weekly and monthly trade reports for product, category and brand performance with actionable insights.
Requirements Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in business and data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI, highly creative with ability to think out of the box.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment.
