Prepare Performance Management Analysis of service provider's standards
Review claims services and recommend Continuous Process Improvement
Attend to Motor Claims dispute resolution
Prepare reports for monitoring of service providers' standards, internal monitoring of TAT and claims ratio
Support Head of Motor Own Damage on Projects and deliverables
Conduct claims training on Motor related claim standard operating processes
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a related field
Preferably 5 years of experience in a related field
Requires leadership and people management skills
Ability to adapt, diligent and trustworthy
Computer literate, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills
