Description Managing accounting and finance knowledge across the finance team. Lead, & implement new operative improvements within the business & driving it. Ensuring month-end and year-end closure deadlines and processes are met in respective areas. Ensuring financial data accuracy and completeness in accordance with Corporate Accounting Guidelines. Lead, guide, provide ongoing support, and development for the team. Ensure, & manage internal stakeholders by establishing strong professional partnerships. Profile 7 years' experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable within an SSC/BPO environment At least 2 years of managing a team . Master or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent accounting certification is preferred Demonstrated experience and general knowledge of accounting principles Extensive experience in managing transactional activities (i.e. AP, AR, Cash etc.) Seeking Mandarin-speaking & reading candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients Job Offer A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including performance based bonuses, flexible benefits, and competitive compensation.
