Assistant Manager, Performance Management (Internal Communication)The role is responsible for ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed and satisfied with the Group Applications services provided.
This includes providing transparent, clear, and consistent messages and updates to LBUs and fostering a positive relationship between the department and its stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary liaison between the department and its stakeholders.
Proactively communicate updates on services, changes, and enhancements to stakeholders including service availability, functionality and support, detailed cost information, and billing processes for chargeable services.
Respond to questions and inquiries from stakeholders about the services offering, service delivery, and performance metrics.
Work closely with various teams to compile monthly service update reports and understand the messaging needed for different stakeholders.
Design and create creative and data-driven insights presentations that are easy to understand with compelling stories and messages.
Continue to fine-tune the presentation, monthly updates, and dashboard(s) through ongoing feedback from teams and stakeholders.
Create and maintain communication materials such as FAQs, user guides, and service catalogs.
Provide support to the Executive team in preparation of presentation slides and other materials for key stakeholders and senior management.
Develop and deliver Business Management Strategy and coordinate with key stakeholders to drive and orchestrate the right CX measurement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
More than 3 years of experience in performance management or internal communication or similar relevant experience.
Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software and design software.
Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to craft compelling stories and messages.
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
