Assistant Manager, Policy Processing (Motor)

ResponsibilitiesChecking policy/endorsement to ensure accuracy of the data captured.
Ensure refund premium are processed accurately.
Monitor staff productivity, TAT, error rate for policy/endorsement / NCD related matters
Liaise and follow-up with Marketing/IT/Underwriting to address any discrepancies or arising issues.
Provide guidance to subordinates in processing issues or handling matters.
Attend to incoming mails/ submissions/ calls/correspondence.
Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes within the department.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement "Kaizen" by encouraging innovative ideas in identifying opportunities for system enhancements or modifications to improve operational efficiency within the department.
Provide business requirements, preparation Test Scripts and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Prepare monthly department reports and ad-hoc reports (whenever necessary).
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or professional degree in any field.
Preferably with insurance related qualification such asAMII, ACII, AII and DMII.
Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance industry handling Motorclass.
Computer skills i.e.
Word and Excel.
Effective written and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thinkcritically.#J-18808-Ljbffr
