Key Responsibilities:
Support specific private label products and/or categories through analysis and development of marketing plans; product promotions; advertising; in-store displays; merchandising strategies; inventory forecasting; category support for small categories/suppliers.
Assist with new product development and sales incremental for Private Label.
Coordinate with the respective stakeholders (OEM, Food Safety Auditor, Partners, Quality Assurance team & more) on new product quality developments.
Perform trend and other sales data analysis to assist the Private Label team.
Maintain a database of Private Label products, suppliers, and pricing. Have routine interactions with own suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and internal stakeholders to provide updates or create business opportunities to expand the Private Label segment.
Communicate cost increases and related information with limited negotiating.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience required.
2-4 years of experience in retail distribution or relevant industry.
