Assistant Manager, Process Optimization & Improvement (Qms)

Work with a cross-functional team to conduct in-process and aftermarket abnormality root cause and corrective action analysis.Track and monitor the completion of in-process and aftermarket abnormality improvement actions.Monitor the recurrence of in-process and aftermarket abnormalities after improvements.Lead PROTON Group Subsidiary compliance with QMS ISO 9001, including but not limited to:Providing Quality Management System awareness and trainingReviewing and establishing Quality Management System documentationEnsuring QMS document and record controlPlanning and performing planned and ad hoc process and system auditsLeading QMS compliance and improvement activitiesSummarizing and reviewing Quality Management System performance with top managementCoordinating the receipt of Certification Body (CB) audits5. Perform any other work related duties as instructed by Superior/Management.
Requirements Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or the Automotive industry.Familiarity with ISO 9001:2016 and IATF 16949:2016, as well as process auditing and document control.Willing to work in PROTON Tanjung Malim
