Qc Supervisor (Precast Company)

Job Descriptions: · Oversee the planning of production and delivery schedule.
· Maintain and improve mechanisms for factory production and activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, processes, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
· Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
· Planning and arrangement of production manpower, material and machinery.
· Control of production cost, quality and occupational health and safety.
· Ensure optimal output per site to achieve plant and/or Company targets.
· Coordinate with the related departments for products and production-related matters.
· To monitor and supervise work ethics and discipline of staff in the production department.
· To conduct regular meeting with logistics, sales and HR department
Requirements: · Minimum 2-4 years' experience in Precast Concrete Manufacturing · Thorough knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and machinery.
· Willing to work in Masjid Tanah, Alor Gajah, Melaka
