Assistant Manager, Procurement

Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Head of HR & Admin in;
Managing and handling the Procurement function, including review and update policies / guidelines / procedures / workflows.Management of vendor relationship including registration, screening, rating, rolling review, maintaining database and vendor performance.Implementation of best procurement strategy, practices and processes.Management of procurement exercise (tender/quotation).Ensuring compliance with DBOS' internal controls.Requirements: A recognised Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of procurement related work experience.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, communication and writing skills (both in English and Bahasa Malaysia).Pro-active disposition with ability to work as a team player and of high integrity.Familiar with procurement systems and proficient in relevant IT application e.g. Microsoft Office.
