Job Description Open Position: Assistant Manager, Procurement & Sourcing (Established Company) An established Company is looking for Assistant Manager, Procurement & Sourcing to lead a team based in the Selangor office.
Key requirements include: · Lead a team consisting of admin, sales support and warehouse.
· Strategize, source and perform negotiation for all purchases for the company.
· Make decision on supplier award based on quality and delivery.
· Market trend analysis to propose the latest trends and technologies available in market.
· Work closely with Sales department to manage stock levels to ensure product is available based on sales target.
· Procurement processes improvement from time to time.
· Maintain good relationship with suppliers.
· Reporting to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
· Good leadership and communication skills.
· Results oriented and good stakeholders management.
