Assistant Manager, Product Development - Aeon Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn Bhd

Job Description To assist HOD in overall insurance business with main focus on product development and achieve insurance annual revenue targets.
To manage and support the overall insurance business in an effective manner.
Responsible in managing the various insurance & extended warranty programs and other insurance portfolios by working closely with insurance partners to increase sales and commission income as well as and enhancing process flow of the businesses.
To ensure a steady sales growth of insurance business and fee income.
Work with business partners on insurance product and process improvement from time to time.
Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Development or Account Management with Insurance Industry Strong knowledge in insurance product, retail and corporate financing product.
Independent, result-oriented with well-developed problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
Preferably with relevant experience in Insurance Brokers.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South.
