What You'll Do
Training & DevelopmentDeliver engaging health training sessions for Business Operators and active members on new product launches, product refreshers, and recruitment products.
Use creative training methods like role-playing, simulations, team exercises, and product demonstrations to enhance learning.
Design and execute a monthly training calendar aligned with promotions, health themes, and recruitment campaigns.
Create compelling training materials such as presentations, guides, and modules to support learning objectives.
Coach internal trainers on health product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques to enhance sales effectiveness.Monitoring & EvaluationAssess the effectiveness of training programs, using participant feedback and performance metrics to improve delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, customer service) to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.Events & EngagementOrganize and support health talks, roadshows, and exhibitions, ensuring impactful public engagement.
Guide Business Operators in delivering effective health talks at events and in stores.
Represent the company at public awareness initiatives, including hosting Facebook Live sessions and creating health-related content for social media.Social Media ContributionsPlan and create informative and engaging health-related content for digital platforms.
Host Facebook Live sessions to connect with the audience and raise health awareness.What We're Looking For
Education & ExperienceA Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Technology, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in a retail or direct selling environment.
Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is a plus.Skills & AttributesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (essential for business needs).
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate and improve training programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel for training sessions and events.
