Job Responsibilities:
Develop quality system requirements for new and/or modified products as required.
Manage internal quality audit system and document control system.
Ensure quality in products by analyzing and providing inspection planning and quality auditing.
Work closely with customers, production, and suppliers to meet quality requirements.
Review, prepare, administer, and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans, and other Operational Procedures in accordance with technical specifications, customer surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing/engineering practices, enforcing these on Operations during execution.
Aim for continuous quality improvement through corrective actions, preventive measures, and continuous training.
Lead efforts to achieve customer satisfaction in product quality by liaising with other sections through meetings and discussions, maintaining proper records for these meetings.
Identify any breaches of quality by oneself and others, taking corrective and preventive measures accordingly through meetings and discussions.
Maintain records for meetings/discussions.
Conduct quality-related training.
Requirements / Skills:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or any related field).
Proficient knowledge of various statistical methods, quality management systems, and a strong background in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Able to communicate at all staff levels.
