**Responsibilities**:- Work with hiring manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements.- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.- Review and manage effective recruitment strategies, identify effective sources of hiring talented people best fitted for the group of companies.- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of recruitment process.- Expatriate management encompassing work permit approvals, accommodation, and related services.- Manage recruitment efforts and advising budget.- Other additional tasks as and when assigned by Management.**Job Requirements**:- Experience and proven track record in effective hiring skills.- Able to work under high pressure, fast moving environment and deliver within the tight timeline.- Experience in the handled expatriate hiring process is an added advantage, but not essential.- At least 2- 4 Year(s) of working experience in the recruitment agency or related field is required for this position.- To have **great connection on Linkedin account,** to approach more talented jobseekers- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.- Willing to work in Subang Jaya Head Office.**Benefits**:- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- On call
